Biltong Quiche


  • 1 roll Puff pastry
  • 160 g Moist biltong
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 2 XL Eggs or 3 Large Eggs


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Roll out puff pastry on surface covered with flour.
  • Prepare a quiche dish with Spray and Cook and line with pastry – do not stretch pastry, it shrinks when baking. Make sure the edges of the pastry are neat.
  • Scatter biltong on the bottom, then the cheese. Beat cream and eggs together. Pour this mixture over the biltong and cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Take out and allow to cool. Serve slightly cooled with a green salad.
  • You can prepare this the evening/morning before and reheat at 100 degrees.
