Biltong Balls
- 227 g Cream Cheese
- 3 Egg Yolks Boiled
- 50 g Biltong Powder
Mix cheese, add egg yolks and beat well. Form small balls with the mixture and roll in the biltong powder.
Leave in fridge to set.
